It started with my best friend
Every journey has a spark, and ours began with Pongoāa spirited Dalmatian whose loyalty and resilience carried me through lifeās challenges. Pongo wasnāt just a dog; he was family, a constant companion who stood by me during some of lifeās toughest moments, offering the kind of unconditional love and support that words canāt fully capture.

..and wanting the best for him
But for all the joy he brought into my life, I watched him struggle with persistent health issues caused by the very food that was supposed to nourish him. Even the so-called āpremiumā brands fell short. Like so many dog owners, I wanted to give him the best, but the options were frustrating: processed food filled with mystery ingredients or expensive āfreshā alternatives that often didnāt live up to their claims.

So I took matters into my own hands, and I want to share it with the world
Determined to help him, I dove headfirst into researching canine nutrition. I began crafting meals tailored to his unique needs, focusing on fresh, human-grade ingredients that were as nourishing as they were delicious. For Pongo, this meant meals specifically designed to meet the dietary requirements of Dalmatians, managing purine intake and promoting overall health. The transformation was incredibleāhe thrived, not just physically but emotionally, and I knew I had found something special.

And from there, Eat Clean Pup was born!
Pongoās unwavering spirit reminded me of values deeply ingrained in my lifeācommitment, resilience, and the idea of always showing up for those who rely on you. Values instilled in me during my time in the Marine Corps and continue to inspire and drive me today. It was this foundation that shaped Eat Clean Pup, a fresh-made dog food service dedicated to giving every dog the best, just as they deserve.
